About Me
I am a PhD candidate in the Computational Modeling and Simulation Program and a graduate student researcher in the Soft Tissue Biomechanics Laboratory (Department of Bioengineering) at the University of Pittsburgh
My dissertation focuses on using computational tools to determine the biomechanical differences in the human optic nerve head in the presence of the disease and across racioethnic groups.
As a native of Ethiopia, I teach the Ethiopian national language, Amharic at the Less-Commonly-Taught Languages Center (LCTL) in the (Department of Linguistics).
